The farewell team lunch for Prathap @1947 eatery

Having a great time catching up with the colleagues from other teams whom you don’t happen to meet that frequently otherwise. Plus there is an interesting conversation going on around vegetarianism and people from different parts of India. Apparently we have at least one person from East, West, South and yours truly from the North of India at this celebration.

This is my favourite Indian restaurant in Auckland CBD and today it became favourite Indian restaurant of Alison.

I’m already looking forward to our next visit to this restaurant. 🥘🍛🍽️🍚

This happens to be the shortest engagement and fastest delivery of work I ever had in my career which could not be made possible without such an energetic team working on a challenging project.

Another team lunch, another farewell @Portofino Restaurant

For some reason, I have started dreading team lunches, all of recent ones being those for farewell. When starting in this project, had never thought of becoming the last one left alone here seeing everyone else going away.

Food, on the other hand, is delicious at this restaurant and completely enjoyed the service.

It was good time spent together getting introduced to Paul and Jamie while Ashan was having the last laugh, enjoying waiving at us! 🥗🍕🍸

Sad to see both of the buds leaving early but the hope around the possibility of working alongside one in near future and to easily catch up with other is helping to keep up the smile.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and service is amazing. Loved the ambience. The ‘Falafel Buddha Bowl With Haloumi Cheese’ is one of the best Falafel dishes I ever had.

Here is to two of the best I had the opportunity to work with! 🥗

Just when you think life has given enough shocks, there is one more left for you in a corner!

This was the last pic of team I had before many faces disappeared from the office and that was the latest shock I had this morning.

Today morning, missing from this pic are Stephen, Kaushalya, Kieran and Greame –

As if that already was not strong enough, couple of others were going to disappear in coming weeks.

Talk of being excited to return after the vacations!
