Today, feeling proud to be working for a company to get very first Rainbow Tick among General Insurers in the country.

The Rainbow Tick is a programme designed to ensure an organisation is a safe, welcoming and inclusive place for people of diverse sexual orientation and gender identity.

The certification was awarded to IAG at a ceremony this morning by Rainbow Tick Programme Director Michael Stevens.

And there was org-wide celebration.

Loving staying put in Koru Lounge on a day when flight is delayed by more than an hour @Wellington International Airport

Due to the heavy rains in Auckland, the plane we are supposed to board is running late from Auckland. Could not be more thankful to the timely arrival of gold airpoints card helping us enjoy this time. It is the second time in this year at this airport that the flight is delayed by more than an hour.

Last time it was because of the strong Southerly Winds in Wellington and that time also, Koru Lounge had come to the rescue – only time I used silver airpoints card voucher.

The spring in September month is nothing more than hide and seek between winter and summer or should I say, rain and sun.

It starts from the beginning of September when you go through a full week of rain followed by a sunny week, then next 1-2 weeks with rainy weekdays and sunny weekends.

By the time month is about to end, sunny days start increasing with fewer rainy days in every week and finally, October starts with weeks filled with equal proportion of sunny, cloudy and rainy days in every week indicating that summer is just around the corner.
