Life…as it happens!
The scrumptious dinner @Adulis Restaurant
The food at this restaurant is just awesome. It is yummy and quantity is huge. The wide variety of African food on the menu is amazing and leaves room for more types food to try during next visit.
Having a great time discussing all the things missed during past couple of months! 🍛🍲🥘🌃
A long awaited catch-up with James @Frank’s Cafe
The seating upstairs helps in having a quiet atmosphere for knowing each other and catching up on many interesting things.
Having a great time sharing and discussing the plans for the future. Good to know a great person at work. ☕👥
Enjoying the farewell team lunch for Sandeep and Andrew @Juniper Restaurant & Bar
Sad to see both of the buds leaving early but the hope around the possibility of working alongside one in near future and to easily catch up with other is helping to keep up the smile.
The food at this restaurant is delicious and service is amazing. Loved the ambience. The ‘Falafel Buddha Bowl With Haloumi Cheese’ is one of the best Falafel dishes I ever had.
Here is to two of the best I had the opportunity to work with! 🥗
The mighty @Mount Ruapehu
This is first pic of Mount Ruapehu that I could click after returning from the vacations.
Happy that I could get a clear shot this time! 🗻 📷
The new phone battery!
It is the time to change the phone battery after 5 years…well it went down after 4.5 years and we managed to survive through past 6 months without it. 🔋☎️📞
This quote made my day!
The might Oak was once a little nut that stood its ground.
During tough times like this, facing a new problem everyday, laptop repair being the latest one, couldn’t expect a better inspiration! 💻
This email from Sandeep made my day.
He shared the best news of this year for me with the team and all the wishes from awesome teammates kept that smile on my face for rest of the day.
Thanks heaps, everyone!
The machine Sunshine is stuck with these days.
Looks like it is going to be a long journey for now before recovering completely. Not something pleasant.
Latest Windows update caused Dell XPS 15 to crash and go into boot loop – a common problem faced by vendors selling laptops with pre-installed Windows including Lenovo and HP.
This is the latest crisis faced by couple others at the office and resulted nothing less than replacing the laptop due to the unresolvable problem. Thankfully it was possible for me to retrieve the data with the help of tech support and transfer it to the new one. It is whole different process to recover the data from SSD.
The quote to remember from the technician –
I hope there are not many crazy programmers at Microsoft who will ship more such updates in the future causing more machines to break just because those machines weren’t shipped with single partition.
And an advice –
Always sync your data over an external drive or cloud storage.
It was sad to see such a powerful laptop studded with touch screen leave. 💻📁♻️
Food from our awesome neighbours.
A yum dinner of Quesadilla with fried rice and buns. It looks too professional to be figured out as something homemade. We feel so fortunate to have such caring neighbours. 🍛🥘
